My son has been going here for 10 months and they’ve been absolutely fantastic to work with and to visit. The staff (at the front desk and the ladies in the back) are so friendly, kind, and welcoming. Dr.Castle is open about options and thorough with his examinations and treatments, always giving a reassuring update each visit. We had our consultation yesterday at Dr. Castles newly opened office. This place really sets the standard for medical offices. Upon showing up, the front staff were amazing and made us feel welcomed during check in. The waiting room has a coffee bar, electronic game tables, however we were brought back to the exam within minutes. They performed a digital scan of my son’s teeth and Dr. Castle went over the different treatment programs, timeframes, and factors helping us weigh out our options. I’d like to start off by saying that my time with Dr. Castle was my THIRD time seeing an orthodontist. 1st I saw a different orthodontist that was great, but I was a kid and wouldn’t wear my retainer. 2nd time I was a young and just wanted my teeth fixed, but wanted to go the cheaper round.
