Worse experience of my life. Waited for a whole hour even though I booked an appointment. Staff let walk in appointments and people coming after us go before us and we were on time. I would give 0 stars if I could .
Never been to a worse medical centre. They’ll book you an appointment and make you wait for an hour. I booked an appointment for 2:30pm and haven’t gotten checked until 3:30pm. What the point of appointments if you’re going to let people who didn’t book appointments go before us when we’re on time? I have to give a one star but id give a 0 star review if I could.
Trust the 1 star reviews, the old lady that works at the front desk is confused and incorherent. Might be a sign of drug use or being drunk. Be careful coming here.
Dr.Navpreet is unprofessional.
Do not come here. I would give this place zero stars if possible. Dr. Navpreet does NOT listen to her patients! Every time I tried to explain my concerns, she just rushed through the appointment and does not care. She made me feel like I was just another number on her list to get through, and I never had a chance to talk about everything I needed to. It’s like she just wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible. She's cold, rude, and clearly doesn't have the patience or interest to actually help. I will NEVER go back... read more
