Dr.Navpreet is unprofessional.
Do not come here. I would give this place zero stars if possible. Dr. Navpreet does NOT listen to her patients! Every time I tried to explain my concerns, she just rushed through the appointment and does not care. She made me feel like I was just another number on her list to get through, and I never had a chance to talk about everything I needed to. It’s like she just wants to get you in and out as quickly as possible. She's cold, rude, and clearly doesn't have the patience or interest to actually help. I will NEVER go back... read more
Don’t go here. The receptionist is rude the doctor is not a good doctor. I went in for a strep throat and was given PAIN MEDICINE. Everyone knows you need antibiotics for a strep throat. She told me they don’t give out antibiotics for strep throat. So I went to another walk-in clinic and with in 5 seconds of the doctor looking at my throat it was determined that I have SEVERE strep throat and was given antibiotics.
