Had a pleasant experience with Dr. Navpreet Kaur. The waiting time was short, and I was able to see the doctor quickly. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. They also have an attached pharmacy, which is very convenient. Overall, a good experience.
One of the best family doctors that I have come a-crossed. Dr. Kaur is a gem of a person. Takes time to listen to your concerns and prescribes medication accordingly. If you have an appointment you will be taken first and then the walk ins. I have never had any issues with front desk and also wait times. The clinic is well maintained and the other staff members are friendly too. I will highly recommend Dr. Kaur.
Worse experience of my life. Waited for a whole hour even though I booked an appointment. Staff let walk in appointments and people coming after us go before us and we were on time. I would give 0 stars if I could .
Never been to a worse medical centre. They’ll book you an appointment and make you wait for an hour. I booked an appointment for 2:30pm and haven’t gotten checked until 3:30pm. What the point of appointments if you’re going to let people who didn’t book appointments go before us when we’re on time? I have to give a one star but id give a 0 star review if I could.
