I purchased a car from WILLIAM WOODS IN January 2022. Been making my payment to credit acceptance monthly as usual went to pay it today only to find out that they closed my account because WILLIAM WOODS did not complete the registration paperwork and send them title which is required by law. He said FED EX lost the title. But it is now OCTOBER and credit acceptance has sent him 4,364.00 of payments that I have paid. He still has not registered the car the plates are blank. BUYER BE WARE……This business is not worth any stars at all. YOU ARE A VICTIM ONCE YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. We met William who seems to be the only person working at Castle Motorworks. He seemed to be knowledgeable. We bought my son a 2012 Buick LaCrosse May 19, 2022. Literally 3 weeks later the transmission was dead! We had it towed to GM dealership where we were told the warranty we bought with the car would not cover it due to us not having 1,000 miles on the vehicle past the purchase date.
