Since the beginning of this year I embarked on a long journey to get my diabetes under control. With the expert guidance of Hussnain Khalid it is now the best it has been for a decade. I have tried to make an appointment many times over the years at the Castle Medical Group Luton through the Triage system, which is now unavailable. This is the worst doctor's surgery I have ever seen. I have made more appointments by calling 111 than actually my actual doctors
Impossible to find an appointment. I’ve been with this practise for a few months and the triage system NEVER has appointments even when trying at 07:30 am. I’m going elsewhere as soon as I find a suitable replacement. Don’t bother registering with this practise.
They pick up the call and they are very well-mannered, GPs are experienced. They give very professional advices. The environment is clean and tidy :D
