Appalling surgery. Used to be great now bought out by US company NEVER have an actual GP there although they have multiple surgerys. Always fobbed off with PA' or Some assistant. I have been with them for over 14years. They are rude, incompetent & obviously cutting costs by not paying for GPs. There is no shortage of GPs only the reluctance to pay for them. They are a disgrace to the NHS. Don't use them. If you were ever really ill they don't have the knowledge or skills to notice.
There don't appear to be any doctors there and they cancelled my registration without contacting me
I've had no issue with the people i've seen at this medical practice, however i do wish they had an online booking system... I've been on the phone for an hour and a half trying to book an appointment. It's not and urgent appointment so if I could book ahead online for like, 2 weeks time that would be a big help. Adding to this a year or so later… they’ve moved to an online triage system that is truly terrible. You still have the 8am crush of trying to book, just now it’s online.
