It was our first visit here, we were expecting at least a smile from the beginning. But there was a grim face in front of us. We were badly disappointed, we have just asked that is it now a bulk billed practice? And the response was ‘ hmm’ . Then I asked can we see the doctor , the rude response followed, why? Why would someone see the doctor in bulk billing?? I hope people learn how to treat people in customer service/ reception jobs. I hope doctors are great here.
One of the most lethargic clinics when it comes to providing results or keeping clients updated. I have not received my blood test results, which are normally available within a maximum of one week, for over two months now. Despite multiple visits, phone calls, and emails, the staff have repeatedly redirected me to other departments without resolving the issue or providing the results.
