the doctors and the staff are amazing, Super helpful and friendly This is now my new GP after living in the area for more than a year and bouncing from clinic to clinic you have to sometimes wait even with an appointment and that would be the only downside
We recently visited Castle Medical Center with my child, and the experience was excellent. Jerin at reception was extremely kind, helpful, and prompt in assisting us with booking an appointment. The doctor was truly amazing—very patient, caring, and gentle with my child, which made a big difference for us as parents. This was my first visit and I was very impressed. I was seen very close to appointment time by Dr Cheng Zhou whom I found to be very personable and thorough. Special mention needs to be made of the receptionist - she was extremely helpful and had a bright, friendly personality. 10/10.
