During the difficult period of my and my husband's illness, I can always get timely, accurate and efficient treatment from Dr. Ang, so that we can recover quickly and completely! Dr. Ang always speaks warmly and has excellent medical skills, which makes us deeply moved by his hard work and all his help!
The phone is useless; the clinic will never answer patients' calls.
The doctors have always been amazing however sometimes it can take an hour of calling to get through. They never pick up the phone. Usually I’m giving the wrong appointment details when I book with someone so always double check the hotdoc app. The wait times are ridiculous. Sometimes we have up to an hour for a DR appointment when there is no one else waiting.
Arrived for a clinpath test 5 minutes before opening time with one other in front of me. At 8.47am (17 minutes past the official opening time) the receptionist announced, "Oh, sorry, they're not opening today due to sickness". Thanks for your incompetence, shall not be returning
