Cannot get through on the phone, and when you finally do, you're met with rudeness. One receptionist in particular has a consistently arrogant manner that makes a simple call unnecessarily unpleasant. Admin is the front door of any clinic — this one needs significant improvement.
Previously the phone is being pick-up immediately these days nobody pick-up the calls anymore. It keeps on ringing and sometimes will just cut off. Admin is seriously not doing a good job here.
