I contacted the surgery on the 10 th of September about two separate issues By that afternoon I had seen a Dr and 2 further appointments had been made to deal with the issues I had raised I am fortunate in that I do not have to use them regularly When I do I have always found them easy to contact and communicate with They seem to have the ability to manage their resources well and consequently are able to offer timely help and support Everyone is friendly and helpful and I would not consider swapping to another surgery under... read more

I’ve always received outstanding care from the team at Castle Meadows Surgery, and I’m especially impressed with the new blood test service they’ve recently introduced. Just wanted to praise Samantha the Receptionist for going out of her way today to help me secure a medical appointment at another surgery (as Castlemeadows doesn’t cover that particular service). She rang round on my behalf and secured a spot for me. I found her very understanding anbout my condition and very courteous. She is an asset to the team at Castlemeadows Surgery! Thank you ☺️
