Granted that I did purchase my car here (A+ experience), but the service dept reinforces my decision to work with this dealership. My experience with the service dept has been as good as anyone could expect - they're friendly, professional, and transparent. On this latest visit, they took the initiative and applied a recall-related software update unprompted. I had completely forgotten to mention that; glad they were on top of it for me! Keep up the great work and thank you!
Rudy was very helpful since I came from out of state, Michigan, to view a car. It was just what I wanted, and the manager was willing to hold it for me for a week. The car was clean and checked by the dealership beforehand to repair items that were needed. Great dealership.
