I have been using Castle Maintenance for years. They are always responsive and friendly to deal with. This morning had a problem and they were able to troubleshoot over the phone. Excellent service!
Broke our door and told us instead of compensating or fixing we would get a discount on next service. After years of working with them we will never have them back. Avoid
Too many phone calls. I had to block their number to stop the calls despite telling them that I wasn't interested in continuing their services. Very aggressive marketing.
My furnace went out and Castle was recommended to me from a friend. I was not disappointed. Darren came out and assessed the problem and replaced a part but a couple days later the same problem occurred. He was quick to come back out and replaced another part at N/C. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I've been using Castle for maintenance on my heating since I've owned my home. Christian, Darren and the whole team always do a great and timely job. I would recommend anyone to reach out to them for service. A great local team. Super professional, affordable and will prioritize anything for you as they fit it in. Thanks team!
