First time there and I felt it was great. Everything was slow and precise and they explained exactly what they're doing the whole time. I was personally impressed with the amount of technology they had in the exam rooms, being able to take pictures of your teeth and show them to you and not just X-Rays was neat.
The staff and Dr Sharp are the friendliest people! They take great care of me and always treat me like a friend appointment to appointment. The adorable office pup is a bonus!
I showed up for my appointment, but ended up leaving because they required my full Social Security number before I could be seen. I’ve never had another dentist or doctor ask for that upfront, and I wasn’t comfortable providing such sensitive information. The only alternative they offered was for me to pay the full cost upfront, even though I have valid insurance, which felt unreasonable.
