When we moved in none of the bathrooms worked. The upstairs bathroom flooded the kitchen. The roof is leaking into dinning room. Took over 2 weeks for him to get someone to fix it properly. Kitchen ceiling is still not finished and has holes all through it. Theres a huge hole behind toilet. He turned off the utilizes while we were still living there. He doesnt care as long as he gets paid. Do not rent from them.
