The lady who works there was nice at first, and it was my fault that I didn't ask how much a lobster clasp for my necklace would be. Instead of calling me to ask what kind I wanted, they just slapped on an 18 carat gold clasp that cost 150. I had a ring and a pearl and gold necklace evaluated, and she didn't even put it in writing and was annoyed when I asked her to write it down. She said she didn't have a pen . Great service and super friendly and knowledgeable! Brought in my necklace for repair and let them know I was leaving town the next day so they made sure to get it done same day for me. Highly recommended!
