Job professionally done. Measured, fabricated and installed to satisfaction. Approvals from HOA and Scheduling of installation could have been handled a little better , but satisfied with the installation. Would recommend to anyone needing folding shutters.
This company is true to its word . This is the second time I have used them . The prices are more than fair ! The staff is very accommodating and friendly . Also , their installers are totally efficient and professional . All around a great job and well done !
I would have lived to do business with Castle and called in the AM And was told someone would get back to me to set up appointment. No one ever called me. I was told by whomever answers the phone that they usually call between 24-48 hours after. Why didn’t u tell me that when I first called. You lost my business. Best of luck !
