I recommend Castle Impact Windows pretty much across the board. Chris the sales guy, is very thorough, has tons of experience and provided pricing that I thought was very fair compared to other quotes I got. Stephanie and the other people in the office are very responsive and they follow up on things to keep them moving. My installers, Shengo and Brandon, were great today putting in the window. Great company, took care of everything, even when there was a problem with manufacturer making the wrong door, castle made sure I got the right one and delt with the manufacturer. Chris is a great salesman!
I had a good experience with Castle Impact in 2020. The salesperson explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The entire process was seamless. They applied for the permits and I didn't have to do anything. I think they took two days to complete the 4 windows and a sliding glass door. The finishing wasn't the greatest. Some of the seams started cracking right away, especially on the inside. I haven't noticed any major issues.
