One of the best pharmacies. My prescriptions are ready before I even need them and I get a call to tell me they're in! And it smells clean, not like an ashtray, as one person claimed.
Rana and her staff are the absolute best. In her role as a pharmacist, she helped me so much through my mom’s kidney disease diagnosis and after-care. Castle IDA represents everything that people love about small town / village communities. Could not recommend them enough!!
I’m so annoyed, went in there asking if they sell a product (smokes). Employee does a slow scan of the store behind the counter. With a baffled look on her face. When she could have just said politely no. She made me feel like an idiot for even thinking they would sell them. So I explain I just associate lottery with smokes so I thought I’d check, explaining my logic on inquiring. Nothing so I left pissed off. Mind you the store smells like an ashtray which was ironic. This is the best pharmacy that I have been to, and I have been on medication for about 20 years. Great customer service, Always remembers me, greets me by name, would highly recommend this pharmacy!
