Had a great customer service experience! I went in thinking my car battery needed to be replaced, but the customer rep and mechanic quickly diagnosed the real issue — just a dead key fob battery. They were honest, helpful, and saved me from an unnecessary expense. Really impressed with their service!

To make short and simple the reason why I’m giving a bad review is because I had to bring my car 3 times in a row for repairs and had enough and took it to my professional mechanic to reseal the oil leak again because the oil was still leaking after the 2nd repair and I had to pay my professional mechanic to do the job right. 1st repair was the transmission swap (which I’m surprised they did a decent job) 2nd repair was the oil leak seal repaired (which I thought it was good but my mechanic that I go for years is saying it’s... read more

I went to Castle Hyundai, back when it was Pugi, for the first time in 2013 and I met Chris J., now the service director for Castle. Chris has given me the best level of service I have ever experienced at any car service dealership or individually owned repair shop. I tried a few others in between 2013 and now at the recommendations of friends. Luckily, I didn't need to go to many as my Hyundai's have been great to me. Some of the other places were good, but none were as great as the service I get from this Hyundai location.... read more
