Customer service is bad. I was told the battery was dead and the car had to be jump started. I drove to the service center without any problems. I did not agree to change the battery. I drove to the nearest Autozone and ran a battery health test and the result was 100% charged and all statuses were green. I cannot believe the battery would charge to 100% if they had to Jump started it. Breakpad charges are insane. I would not recommend anyone go to this place for car service.
I brought my 2012 Hyundai Tucson to Castle Hyundai in Downers Grove twice this year—once in April and again in June—and paid a total of $6,811.40. Had a great customer service experience! I went in thinking my car battery needed to be replaced, but the customer rep and mechanic quickly diagnosed the real issue — just a dead key fob battery. They were honest, helpful, and saved me from an unnecessary expense. Really impressed with their service!
To make short and simple the reason why I’m giving a bad review is because I had to bring my car 3 times in a row for repairs and had enough and took it to my professional mechanic to reseal the oil leak again because the oil was still leaking after the 2nd repair and I had to pay my professional mechanic to do the job right. 1st repair was the transmission swap (which I’m surprised they did a decent job) 2nd repair was the oil leak seal repaired (which I thought it was good but my mechanic that I go for years is saying it’s... read more
