Impossible to get pass AI to reach service advisor.. left many messages and tried calling but impossible to cross AI

Customer service is bad. I was told the battery was dead and the car had to be jump started. I drove to the service center without any problems. I did not agree to change the battery. I drove to the nearest Autozone and ran a battery health test and the result was 100% charged and all statuses were green. I cannot believe the battery would charge to 100% if they had to Jump started it. Breakpad charges are insane. I would not recommend anyone go to this place for car service.
I brought my 2012 Hyundai Tucson to Castle Hyundai in Downers Grove twice this year—once in April and again in June—and paid a total of $6,811.40.
