We had a great experience there even thought the restaurant and spa were closed,that is not why we’re there. We were also told at check out that we were the last guest as they were closing

THIS IS A SCAM. None of the facilities are open, everything is closed, no bar, no spa, no restaurant NOTHING. Does it say that when you book your trip? ABSOLUTELY NOT! This was a huge rip off and not worth the money. Until they either renovate or sell this place do not stay here it's not worth it.
This was so disappointing 😞 not worth the money whatsoever. Rooms were horrific. Tub wouldn't drain, leaky faucet drips in bathroom. The decor? Ridiculous. Breakfast was there, but you're better off going thru a drive thru. Spa wasn't open. Besides some Halloween decorations it is nothing like what is photographed. Please don't spend your hard earned money here. The castle itself is beautiful but other than that, so disappointing 😞
