We had a great experience buying our modular home from Castle. Our sales rep Nic was extremely helpful and patient, and always responded quickly to our emails, texts and calls. Five stars for him individually! And the crews that set our home on the foundation and then came in to do the finish work were great as well, answering all our questions and attending to every detail. I would definitely recommend Castle Homes Sales for anyone looking for a great home buying experience.
Nic was great to work with. Everyone was very helpful and helped us design a perfect home. Changing floor plans and adding or subtracing options was very easy and it made the whole process enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!!!!!
Very professional staff and a great selection of homes!!! We will definitely buy from Castle when we are ready to build. I have a totally different opinion after actually purchasing a home. We put 10% downpayment to order. When home was delivered to their lot we had 3 days to pay for house in full or pay $64/day after 3 days. The problems began after the home was set.
