The salesman was honest, dependable, and answered all our questions.
Well since my last review was deleted. I will write another one. I would like to say I am not the owner of this home I am the contractor owner hired to put in concrete and finish house when they leave. I would never buy one of these homes. The office person she went through to buy house don't know a thing besides numbers. By the time he gets back to you from finding the answers you need it might be to late. We purchased our home through Castle Homes Sales. We had a great experience working with Mark, Barb, and the rest of the crew! Everyone we spoke to was very professional, courteous, and quick the respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend at least stopping in and talking with them should you be interested in any of the services they provide!
Do not buy a Midwest Home from Castle Homes. It was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I would give a minus star but it's not an option. The workmanship and quality of materials is horrific. You can't get any cheaper materials. It's unbelievable at how horrible it all is. There were issues with the foundation they say they fixed? Time will tell. It's all about $$ with Castle Homes, that's it. The only positive was working with Barbara trying to get the many fixes done. She has a lot of patience.
