Always very professional and caring.
I’ve been a patient with Castle Hills Family Practice since 2008 and have always had my needs met. The office staff at the Bandera location which I attend are always friendly and very professional. Dr. Sanjana and his staff are great. Dr. Davis usually sees me and she’s awesome very thorough and answers any questions or concerns I may have. I’m usually in and out at the Bandera location within the hour. I look forward to many more years of service and care at Castle Hills Family Practice.
Easiest and most friendliest doctors office I have been to. They make it completely simple and don’t hassle you. Ty for taking care of me and making it EASY!!!
I just started going to Castle Hills Family Practice for my primary care and I was really nervous, like I always am at a new doctor’s office. The staff was kind and I felt at ease. The FNP takes time to listen and addresses my concerns as well as explains treatment options. I’m going to continue going to this clinic for my PCP needs.
