Have known this VW Service Central for 10+ years, and they are the most professional, courteous, and trustworthy Auto Service Centre team that I have come across anywhere! Neil, Mark, and Nicole...and their Diagnostics expert Gerard...are fantastic! I have dropped off my EOS for a diagnostic check up & any repairs if needed for the Central locking system which is not functioning of late. Had a great experience with the team at Volkswagen Castle Hill. They helped me sort out some dash notifications on my Tiguan quickly and professionally. On top of that, they went the extra mile by topping up my oil and coolant and checking the air in my tyres. Really appreciate the attention to detail and helpful service. Absolute champion of a guy who looked after me, thanks again!
Ini one at the counter. You need to press a buzzer 3 times and if lucky someone will come out for spare parts . They do not have touch up paint for a new car. Would not give us the colour code and as you no longer receive a service book there is no way of knowing the colour code. The poor service has made up our mind that we will not take our new car to this centre for servicing. People sitting in the service section would not even look at us to see what we wanted!!!
Do not go to this Volkswagen service centre, as they are extremely rude. I went there to ask for the adhesive backing needed to reattach the camera to my Volkswagen, which I purchased only a month ago, because the camera was no longer sticking to the windshield and they are completely uncooperative. They dismissed me and told me I had to go back to Chatswood for a piece of glue, where I bought the car—about an hour away from where I am now in Castle Hill—claiming that each Volkswagen dealership has contracts with different c... read more
I came in today. No customers but myself with two sales people. Salws people did not bother to get up from their table to help me. Asked to see an ID Buzz and for initially got told that it's not a test drive ..it was not. They showed me where the vehicle was to look at only for them to go back to their tables and not show me through the cars. If you're wondering why VW sales are down in Australia, then this is one of the factors!
