I came in today. No customers but myself with two sales people. Salws people did not bother to get up from their table to help me. Asked to see an ID Buzz and for initially got told that it's not a test drive ..it was not. They showed me where the vehicle was to look at only for them to go back to their tables and not show me through the cars. If you're wondering why VW sales are down in Australia, then this is one of the factors!

I had a great experience with Nicole Ryan, at Castle Hill Volkswagen Service. I urgently needed recall paperwork while I was at the registration centre, and Nicole responded immediately to my call. She quickly emailed the required document so I could complete my registration without delay. She was very courteous, professional, and patiently answered all my questions. Excellent customer service — thank you for your prompt help!

car returned without the bonnet arm to keep the bonnet open, called them up and told they dont have it and wont be replacing it, After sales is deplorable. They are completely unwilling to accept any responsibility for any fault of theres, This is after ive spent over 4k in repaira with them and the car still isnt fixed. Avoid like the bubonic plague

Got a call from Nicole, told her about my experience last year and that I did not book an appointment in response all I got was well then I will cancel it and hung up. Again another horrible experience without even requesting to deal with them.
