Going through a whole season of braces with Castle Hill Orthodontics was an… interesting experience. I spent over $20k and around 2 years working with Jonathan. I noticed there’s no opening time listed on Google or your website. I tried calling several times, but each call went to voicemail. Additionally, I haven’t received any appointment reminders as other clinics usually send closer to the date. Could you kindly assist with these issues?
Today my son and I had a consult with Dr Chi. From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed. Dr Chi was such a character. My son felt so comfortable (he's only 9). The lady at reception was also very friendly and funny. They sorted my son out in 30 mins (scans done, xrays done) and I pick up the plate next week! I feel so at ease having Dr Chi as my son's ortho for the next little while as the ortho journey begins.
