My partner and I have attended the Castle Hill Medical centre since our previous Doctor retired in January 2025. We both find the frontline staff exceptional. They are friendly and always very helpful with any enquiries we have. Absolutely amazing doctors but Deborah on reception is an absolutely horrible woman. My 18 month old son got admitted to hospital and I forgot to call at 7am to cancel his 8am appointment. I had actually called the evening before but there was no option to leace a voicemail message and i couldnt cancel on HotDoc, it told ne to call. She called at 8:30. I called back and was told well next time call at 7am because I could have had 20 people fill that spot. Absolutely zero care for what we have just gone through with our baby ... read more
I have been going to this clinic for about 20 years now and never had any issues until now. They have decided to charge me for consultation even though I've gone here for years and have a disorder where I need all the help I can get. I can not afford to pay for all the appointments and help I need 😩 but other than that, great Dr's in the clinic
I know one of the doctors there is incredible, but that's all I can say because I can't actually see her without spending $153 for a "new patient consultation" that the clinic wants to charge. I'm not a new patient to her, I'm attempting to follow her from another clinic, but can't do that unless I have $153 to spend.
