Had our CX-90 book in for its first 10k service and to get a couple recalls sorted. Everything was booked online with ease. We had to change a service date which was no issue to change the date. Dropped the vehicle off, ran through with our service consultant and we addressed everything and have the vehicle ready by the end of the day to pick it up. Everything was straight forward and all went according to plan. Looking forward to bringing our car back for its next service
Fantastic service provided by Campbell at Mazda Castle Hill. He was friendly, respectful and promptly assisted us with our questions. He followed up diligently multiple times over an extended period regarding our consideration to purchase a new Mazda and worked out good deals for us on two models while making sure we understood the value and advantages of those models.
