I gave my car for service on 15/04/2025. I got a call that the brake pads need replacement because the front pads were 3 mm and rear ones were 2mm. I got the rear brake pads replaced. When my daughter went there to pick up the car, their notes said that the front brake pads were 4.5 mm and rear brake pads were 3 mm thick. The person on the phone lied to convince me to replace the brake pads.
Great Customer Service at Castle Hill. I just bought a car and Andreas was exceptional. It was my very first purchase here in Australia therefore I had no clue how to get about with anything. They were very Helpful, courteous and even reachable off office hours which I didn't expect. They took care of everything on my behalf..
