I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Robert from Isuzu Castle Hill. Finding a salesman who has extensive knowledge of a car is expected, however what I didn’t expect was a salesman who took the time to understand, listen and care about the end result for the buyer. In one word, terrible. Booked my ute in for a service and was told it would be ready by 2pm as we were catching a plane at 6. Missed one call at 11am from their office with no message left, i phoned 3 times and left 3 messages (each time after waiting on hold for 10 minutes) no return call. Arrived at 220 to find my ute only just being moved into garage to get started. Communication worst i have dealt with, avoid this dealership.
I rarely like posting bad reviews but in this case it is sincerely warranted. Did the right thing and booked a service online using the Isuzu calendar as I don't like annoying the workers with such a simple process. Booked online then a message comes up saying 'the dealer will confirm request'. Bit worrying but OK. The booking was for 3 weeks out so I thought OK even though I did not get a call for 5 days. I called service and they advised there was no record of the booking and that they were booked out for another 4 weeks n... read more
Rude and unhelpful customer service from the service centre in regards to a warranty issue. I called Windsor Isuzu and got booked in to fix the issue the next day. Go there instead.
