In May 2022 I had a tankless water heater installed by Lumberjack Plumbing. I was advised that I would need to have it serviced once a year. When I tried to schedule this maintenance, I found out that Castle Plumbing and Heating has bought the assets to Lumberjack, and so I tried calling Castle to set up an appointment. I highly recommend you use Castle Heating & Air if you need a new furnace or water heater. Just had our install yesterday (Jan 2) Connor and his team were so great to deal with and very professional. We had received 2 other quotes for a new furnace and Connor provided a very competitive price. We really appreciated his honesty in the brands we were considering, saving us money and also making us aware of the benefits of installing a new water heater (ours was 10 years old) which the other companies didn't explain.
