I do not write survey responses often, but this will be an exception. Technician Brandon was very personable and knowledgeable, providing me with the answers to my questions. After telling him the problem with my system, he explained the possible causes and possible solutions. If every technician is as good as the impression he left me with, this company deserves the best recommendation I can give.
Our old air conditioner was unable to handle the midsummer heat and failed during the worst part of the heat wave. Jack installed a new air conditioner for us. He was prompt, reliable, and efficient and provided us with excellent value. I will be using the specialist for my HVAC needs going forward.
Brandon has serviced our AC twice. His cleaning and service is meticulous. He is very knowledgeable about the unit and was able to answer any number of questions. I would recommend this company as a great company to work with.
These guys really know what they're doing, are really kind and courteous, and are able to repair anything right away. Whether I required monthly maintenance or my A/C needed to be serviced, Mark and his team were always there for me. Definitely recommended. Thanks a lot!
I need a technician to work on my heating and cooling unit. These guys sent someone out immediately. He was very helpful and even took the time to show me what was going wrong. He fixed it immediately and started operating immediately. Highly recommended!
