Recently did large kitchen reno and used this company for quartz countertops--they came out BEAUTIFUL! They had so many options to pick from, great pricing, quick turn around, responsive and kind staff. Great experience from beginning to end!!
It was our pleasure to work with Castle Granite staff. While we need to visit their warehouse and showroom multiple times to Select the right product , they show a great patience with us. And when we needed Change couple things and some minor touches ups they were very attentive and helpfull when we call them after. Thank you Castle Granite.
They did a good job on painting the cabinets, replacing my backsplash and countertops as well. Leaving 1 star because they broke my sink pipe and their “plumber” did a terrible job fixing it. I had to have a real plumber come out to fix. They hit my ceiling with the cabinet paint and did not do a great job fixing it. Sam was impossible to get a hold of during the whole process. I had the most frustrating experience working with Sam and Goksel. I renovated both my bathroom and kitchen as I moved into my new home. Bathroom: first off, it took them 3 months to complete my bathroom after they stopped showing up for 2 months as I was told they got another job that was more important. After they finally came back to complete the bathroom they did not install the heated floors properly so now I have no heated flooring in my bathroom.
