I recently had a new door installed, and the experience was fantastic. About a month later, the door malfunctioned and no longer worked, and the company sent Kyle out immediately. He readjusted and fixed everything, and now it works perfectly again! Also, a huge thank you to Tiffany, who was so helpful and pleasant to deal with on the phone. Highly recommend!
Ryan told me that he needed to make a new bracket since my current one wouldn’t work. He said it would be $35 and he had the metal in the trunk. I paid and after he left, I found brackets , in the box, that came with the garage door opener. I talked to Ryan and to a lady in their office. I explained that the brackets could have been used and they both explained that the brackets supplied by the company were not strong enough to hold the opener.
