Had a terrible experience with wait time for my appointment. The Dentist was great (Dr.Roma) but the staff are not organized at all. They need better staff. I won’t return.
Muy mala experiencia. Su Doctora principal está en esta clínica pero es muy difícil encontrarla. Salió de vacaciones desde noviembre y regresó en enero. En febrero salió una semana de vacaciones. No trabaja los viernes. Pero cuando necesitas una cita con ella no tiene disponibilidad hasta un dos o tres meses después. Arreglen eso
Hoy fui a tratar de agarrar una nueva cita , después que la clínica me cánselo mi cita en enero, la tenía por resultado de exámenes y un ultrasonido por un dolor muy fuerte , el dolor persiste y el personal me quiere dar la cita hasta mayo ! Después que ellos mismos me la cancelaron antes ! Lo peor l mala actitud con la que te atienden ! Y con 2 a 3 personas solamente en la clínica! Mal muy mal servicio la verdad ! Y no digo delos doctores el personal deja mucho que desear!
I came here for the dentist with doctor Federico Aquino. He is amazing! I had dentist anxiety due to trauma from past doctors. Let me tell you guys!! I was so nervous for the appointment, so scared to feel pain of any sort but Dr. Aquino was Amazing! I literally felt no pain at all, no needle or anything. Everything was smooth and fast and I came out smiling 😂 Best experience ever! He is very gentle and caring for his patients. I recommend him 100000%
