I came in as a walk-in to have an emergency extraction... The receptionist was so accompaniable, so compassionate and so helpful. I was able to get my emergency tooth removed! During the procedure. Dental hygienists help my hand I felt like a v I p customer and this was my very first time ever coming to this dental office warm blankets and heating pads were given to me as I lie back to have my tooth removed . I was in desperate need of dental work and not having a regular dentist I called two in Texarkana. The receptionist at both places asked if I was a patient there. When I said no they told me the dentists were not in the office that week. Then I called Castle Family's and the nicest lady, Kim, answered. She was sweet and very helpful. I got an appointment for the next day. When I got there, Kim checked me in. Her voice was calming as well as the atmosphere in the reception area.
