They have not been accepting new patients for several months now. One of my kids was able to get in and get glasses last year, but when I tried making an appointment for my daughter before leaving that same day, they said they are not taking new patients. We've been with Castle Family Health for years, my daughter really needs glasses. Phone staff had no suggestions for anyone else who may accept medi-cal.

I recently visited Castle Eye Center to get my new glasses fitted, and Heather was the one who helped me. She was friendly and professional, ensuring that my glasses fit comfortably and properly. She took the time to adjust them just right, making sure I felt at ease. Heather’s attentive care and positive attitude made the experience a lot more pleasant. I really appreciated how she made sure everything was perfect before I left. Great service!
