I was having issues with my breakers constantly tripping and Ed and his team came to the rescue. Ed spent time with me on the phone trying to help troubleshoot. He was extremely patient and personable. They had to come out twice and took their time to explain things and make sure I felt completely satisfied all while charging a very fair rate. Will definitely call Ed again for any future electrical needs.
I called up Ed at Castle Electric to get someone to come out and help us figure out some generator issues at our house. Not only did he fit me into his busy schedule, but he showed up ready to chat and really teach me something about the issue rather than just repair it. We were able to go through it together and I have a much better understanding of my generator system. The team at Castle Electric are friendly, reasonable, and responsive. We've used them for larger jobs like installing and upgrading can lights in several rooms in our home, to moving outlets and helping troubleshoot when outlets stopped working. I called Castle Electric to do work for a friend of mine. I didn't realize she was 2 hours away from Renton. Ed honored the commitment and provided excellent repairs and advice. My friend was so impressed with their professionalism and how considerate they were. Personally, I have never met a more ethical business man. You will love them!
