Ed and his daughter came over this morning to investigate Tesla charging issues slowed due to hot plug on a nema 14-50 outlet that I had installed by a neighborhood electrician. Ed quickly highlighted that the prior electrician did not use a neutral wire or a GFCI breaker. He offered to correct the issues for a lower price than normal and quickly got our ev charging outlet up to code. I appreciated his quick communication via text, quality work, and ease of payment.
