I’d give no stars but have to give 1. The most awful dentist place iv ever talk to. Nasty awful attitude. They haven’t a clue how to treat customers esp children. They shouldn’t have any custom. Think twice before you go here!!
I attended an initial appointment with Louise following a recommendation by a friend. I had been having a sensitivity in my tooth that had been ongoing and worsening, and as someone who is extremely nervous with dental treatment I had ignored this. I got the Invisalign here and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr Louise Kelly was so accommodating and ensured that my teeth were absolutely perfect by the end of my treatment. She answered any questions I had and explained the step-by-step process very clearly so I knew exactly what lay ahead. Castle Dental are very fairly priced too - especially considering all it includes. The staff were all extremely friendly which made the process even more straight forward.
