Worst Dental Office I have ever had the misfortune of going to! I went for a checkup, told I needed a root canal and a crown. In one of the subsequent visits to the office for preps, I had to wait 3 - 4 hours before seeing a dentist even though I had a scheduled appointment. Got a root canal and a crown and was in pain after the procedure for several weeks. The staff are amazing! I tend to be very anxious with dental procedures. They were very patient and took the time to explain things so that I understood what to expect. I have been there several times now and highly recommend Dr. P and the Castle Dental team for all your family dental care needs!
I went there in pain with my tooth and they told me their 1st priority is to get me out of my pain then concentrate on the cause and problem! They told me it was in deed abscessed and in need of a root canal and crown but I needed to get rid of the infection and my pain. They are very professional and great at what they did with great consideration for the patients need!! They advertise for emergency services so my dad went to get a tooth pulled. Once the exam was over the dentist said he didn’t have a infection so now he has to make an appointment to get the tooth pulled. My dad was charged for the office visit which was $29 then given a quote for almost $400 to have a wisdom tooth removed. He only went there because Ace Dental was closed. He went to ace where he paid less than $300 for the office visit + wisdom tooth removal. Don’t fall for their ads to get you to come in.

Isabel the manager and staff welcome you as family. This energetic vibe is all through out the office with the front desk, dental assistances and Doctors. Another REVISION: This morning, I had a 7am appointment at the 7403 O’Connor Drive in Austin Texas location. On my way back to dental chair, the assistant ask me if my hair was real! REALLY?!!!! The assistant removed the incorrect temporary crown. Perhaps, if she’d concentrated on my patient’s chart & not my hair & eyelashes. She wouldn’t have removed the incorrect temporary crown! First went to Castle Dental 02/27/2018. Todays date is 07/23/2018, When I originally went there they gave me a written estimate of 3400.00 for dentures, The whole time between the 2 dates they would schedule appointments and said the dentures would be complete however all they ever did at the appointments is add more charges. As of todays date 07/23/2018 They have the bill up to 4600.00 and I still have no dentures and they have done no dental work, Watch these people especially in the financial area.
