castle has been great for me until now....bought a bad product....then got treated like i was an idiot....after several emails back and forth and some phone calls (yes other reviews are correct) if you do ever get an answer its way after it should have been or you were informed it would come. This situation is so bad its the worst customer service i have ever seen from any company in my 50 plus years. i actually pulled all of there products from anything i own. all stickers removed so on.... Bought a brand new mamba monster system and had the motor burn up in less then a week. They’ve agreed to cover it under warranty but a month later I’ve still yet to receive it. $200+ and got to use it for a week. Terrible warranty...
