Over priced. My wife found the same exact dress for almost 50% less. She tried to cancel the order, but they said the deposit wasn't refundable. Mind you, the deposit was more than the same dress ahe found elsewhere. Shop around. You'll be surprised how much you'll save
I had such a wonderful experience at Castle Couture Off the Runway this past winter. Now that my wedding day has passed, I can finally share my experience! Absolutely awful experience. I chose this shop because they heavily advertise that appointments aren’t needed, yet we waited nearly an hour and weren’t even allowed to browse dresses. The consultant who assisted me was rude, dismissive, mocked other brides in front of customers, made comments about my body, and generally made what should have been a special experience feel humiliating. Castle Couture Off the Runway was my first stop for a wedding dress and it was a great experience. While I didn’t find my dress here, Erin was nothing short of amazing to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and honest, everything you’d want in a bridal attendant. Off the Runway has a vast array of dresses in all different styles and price points. It was a fun experience overall!
Walked in with my friend who is planning on getting married in July. We were greeted when we walked in and advised we wanted to see some wedding dresses. The female at the desk advised that we can start looking while our stylist gets ready and it would be roughly 20 minutes. No problem….
