I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this bridal store today. I came in to purchase accessories and a veil to go with the dress I had bought just last week. When I arrived, the store was empty and I was initially greeted warmly. Been seeing many fb ads for their holiday sale, many seen yesterday. Get to the store today 8/31 to find it is CLOSED. Sign says open Sunday 10-5. Called store. Left voicemail. Called again a few hours later. Still no callback. Nothing in greeting saying store would be closed today. Left a comment on their fb post (mind you, fb is still advertising this sale today). We were so frustrated at the other places we visited before coming here. To she the glow in my daughter's face after the amazing experience. all I can say is thank you to these wonderful people.

Called a week prior and they said come right in, staff never mentioned on the phone there might be a wait. I came with my parent, in-law, and bridesmaids and we had to wait an hour. We weren't allowed to look at any of the plus sizes while waiting because they use changing rooms in the back where all their plus sizes are. Dresses were pretty but won't be back

I got my wedding dress here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They had a lot of different options that I had not seen elsewhere. The prices were also very reasonable.
