If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. Came to the reviews after my sisters consultation and have noticed the trend of Janice ruining a brides special day being unprofessional, rude, and sizeist to any bride that does not weight under 120 pounds. My sister is an average sized woman - size 6/8 in jeans. Upon arrival you could tell Janice was absolutely rude. Staff was friendly but the selection was awful. I tried on a few dresses and honestly, they were not worth their prices because of how used/mistreated they were. I also did not like how I had to wait a long time to get seen by a consultant. What should have been a 20 minute session turned into 2 hours because I had to wait. What’s the point of walk in policy if people are still going to have to wait for the consultants to be available?

The customer service of this place is horrible. The employees were very rude and did not care to help with anything whatsoever. Called ahead to schedule an appointment and was told that no appointment was needed. When I got there they said I couldn’t be helped bc I didn’t have an appointment and that I had to wait until the bride before me was finished trying on dresses. I had a great experience shopping for my wedding dress here. I went during the weekend they were running a Black Friday sale so there was an extra discount on top of the already more affordable prices normally. I walked in with no appointment and was helped right away. My sales associate was Janice and she was very nice and eager to help. There was a good selection to look through and the store was well organized by price/silhouette/size so it was easy to find styles to try on based on what you're interested in. I had an amazing time with my bridal stylist Barbara V. I came into my appointment looking for a dress for my wedding reception and she was incredibly helpful. There was definitely no pressure or intensity to buy a dress same day which I appreciated because I was looking for something specific. I think that most of the dresses were in 8/10 condition and only required a little bit of spot cleaning. I’d definitely come back!
