Called a week prior and they said come right in, staff never mentioned on the phone there might be a wait. I came with my parent, in-law, and bridesmaids and we had to wait an hour. We weren't allowed to look at any of the plus sizes while waiting because they use changing rooms in the back where all their plus sizes are. Dresses were pretty but won't be back
I got my wedding dress here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They had a lot of different options that I had not seen elsewhere. The prices were also very reasonable.
I was employed there early this year and the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism of the workers there was unbelievable. They talk about the brides bodies, and comment on everything they do. I highly suggest a different place if you want to be respected. I was practically made fun of for not knowing where dresses belonged only my second day in and they would also talk bad about past employees. Do not work here or shop here. Terrible people.
Very disappointed to find out I am unable to accompany my daughter to look for her wedding dress at this place. I called to see if they could accommodate my disability as I walk with a walker. Only to find they do not have any armed chairs nor any couches. Only chairs with no arms which is extremely difficult for disabled people. So many businesses need to step it up! "Handicap accessible" doesn't mean that you have one parking spot in front of the store and grab bars in the bathroom. There's so much more to it.
I had the best experience here! Came on a Saturday without an appointment and they were able to accommodate still. Barbara was AMAZING she was so helpful pulling the dresses for me and giving other suggestions, she did not make me feel pressured at all. I’m so happy with the service and environment here that led me to purchasing my dream dress. And for the BEST price point!! 10/10 all around
