Changing my review! The salesperson was RIGHT THERE watching me write a review! I felt so intimidated! The entire experience was so disappointing! And, though I emailed to cancel my order BEFORE the store sent it in, they will not give me a refund! They do not care about the customer, just the almighty dollar!!!
Great customer service taking my ideas into consideration to help me find the perfect dress. Lori, the sales associate could not have been kinder, more patient and helpful in listening to what I wanted in a dress and able to easily find a dress I loved. Can’t thank Lori enough for all her help. Would definitely recommend shopping at castle couture.
My daughter bought her wedding gown at Castle Couture. It was an easy and enjoyable process. After a few alterations by Lisa, who was great, the gown fit Catherine perfectly. She looked gorgeous on her wedding day. I can't say enough good things about Castle Couture and the staff. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a beautiful dress!!!
HORRIBLE. As I was getting clipped into a dress the sales lady clipped the skin on my back. I immediately screamed. Stating there she says what, what’s wrong. As a metal clip equivalent to a jumper cable is clinch to my skin. I am now swollen and bruised Instantly. No care to ask me if I need to sit, some ice, medical attention. NOTHING. All they cared about if I was gonna buy a dress. I’m in shock and pain. After talking with manger they offered me a 10% discount. Do Not Shop Here!!! Caitlin Arvanites is a terrible business woman. Angela is an unfit salesperson. They were very rude and dismissive to my daughter after they screwed up her wedding dress order and couldn't get the dress. Angela didn't bother to call and inform us at all after we were returning customers to her. Caitlin no longer wanted our business when we asked for the same discount we were offered on the original dress purchased. I was yesterday at Castle of couture, I bought my dress, it was very elegant and comfortable place, my dress was a big surprise, and our girl Gabrielle was very kind and helpful for me, I suggest everyone this place and I suggest everyone Gabrielle ' help, she had a lot of knowledge and she choices the best dress for my budget, she always smile and very sweet. I had an excellent experience with my consultant Angela B . Angela is the best she looked for the perfect gown for me and it was the first gown I put on . She looked at me and just knew what would look perfect on me. Castle Couture is a beautiful salon . Just perfect!! I said Yes to the Dress.. 5 stars
