We had been researching travel trailers for months and once we found the model we wanted, the RV store was the only dealership in Utah who didn't try to sell us an older model they already had in stock, or try to charge us a fee to get the newer model brought in. Not only that, they were priced better than any other dealership. Devon has been great. We were happy we made the trip to Helper, UT to purchase our new travel trailer. The folks at The RV Store were friendly and professional and were great at communicating with us. We just purchased an Alpine avalanche from the RV store - Helper. Over all it was a pleasant experience. We worked with Devin and Jaden, they were both helpful and accommodating, they were fairly knowledgeable about the trailers and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate their follow up calls and continuing help.
