Had a Left knee total replacement and everything went well, his protocols for the surgery have been working good . His pain management is a big concern and makes it comfortable. I am healing very well and I’ll give the hospital a 2 thumbs up for the care at their facility
Scott always does a very good job. My husband’s hip has never been better. His bed side manner is one of his greatest assets.
We were making payments after our visit because we didn't have the money to pay it all at once. We never received any correspondence from them. Then out of no where we get a letter from a lawyer. I call the office and they can't really tell me anything. Now we are served with papers to go to court. SERIOUSLY!!!! We were making payments. Not impressed at all with your business practice.
Dr. Justesen and the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with our son’s broken arm. We did sometimes wait quite a while to be called in to get looked at. That being said, we felt listened to, and had every question answered. Their front desk administrative assistant was especially helpful and warm with her interactions with us.
