Best Therapy on Long Island in my opinion! I’ve been going here for 7 years and I have made major progress with my amazing therapist’s help. When I started my anxiety was so bad I couldn’t even talk to cashiers and stuff, now i talk to everyone with ease. Me and my wife got into counseling for are marriage unfortunately our counselor assumed certain things in a conversation they had with me and my wife! She says she was there to show us ways to approach certain situations that cause arguments. but as the weeks went on I feel like she was just focusing more on me! Unfortunately she add more stress to my marriage than help!
