This is for the company as a whole. I have my account on auto pay, I received a 120 point credit hit because it was late even though I had sufficient fund on the 1st, which I also gave them proof. This is a rental so I dont pay too much attention to it. apparently it was never paid for some reason and after about 5 hours they refuse to do anything and cannot contact credit department. I also went here on friday and they said someone would call last monday, no one ever called surprise surprise.
Worst mortgage broker I've met in 16 years in Real Estate as an agent . My client lost $6600 as Earnest Money and closing extension deposits due to the most awful processing from C&C processing team. They lied to us since the beginning of my client's loan process; when the financing deadline was about to expire, they assured us that everything looked good. It was bad! Cannot get a person on the phone. Will be on hold and it hangs up. Cant find an email anywhere to contact them. Got an email that my account is short over 2,000 ????!!!! But cannot find a way to contact the company.
Let me start off by saying Jodie Carter is one of the best people they have at this place! She goes above and beyond in making things happen. No matter the time of day Jodie would always be willing to take a call or answer a text regarding our mortgage needs or any other questions or concerns we had. I would gladly recommend using her for anything you need and would vouch for her personally. This is a Great company and an absolute amazing worker! Thank you Jodie for everything you did for us!
