Alan runs the service department like a well-oiled machine. He is great at communicating and setting you up with text details on the status of your vehicle. I have worked with him multiple times on my Dodge Journey. I will be sure to always schedule my services when he is on duty as a first choice if possible.
I do not own a Chrysler Dodge Jeep or ram vehicle. But I made a service appointment and they fixed my problem with my Buick enclave. They listened to my concerns and followed through above and beyond my expectations. I had a great experience with the service department and the condition of the car when I picked it up. In for a regular oil change, it was done quickly in a nice place and friendly people.
