CARGURUS trade in and sell experience through this dealership is horrible, you will receive an offer from this dealership and once you get to the store they will claim they have nothing to do with the offer and low ball you. They claim that CarGurus doesn’t tell them and bids on their behalf even when all the communication you have is with their store. Save your time and don’t drive 2 and half hours like I did to waste your day. Disclaimer: I can’t speak to their sales.
