My experience at Castle has been and always been a good one. They are highly informative about your vehicle and try to make sure you get the work you need done correctly and timely.
Have had a 2024 Chevy Trax Activ that I bought brand new from the dealership serviced here for a check engine light 3-4 times. Same check engine light. The light came on a few months after buying the car. They had my car for about a month at one point. Still have the check engine light to this day with the warranty expiring soon. Don't buy Chevy. Don't go to this service center.
