Bought a car from them 15 days ago. I reported 3 problems on day 1. On day 15 I still don't have a functional vehicle and they have no idea what is wrong or when I will have a car. Don't trust their 172 point inspection. They keep telling me they're going to make this right, but when?

I was extremely disappointed to find the tech failed to secure the belly pan on my Cadillac Escalade leaving the bolts only started with a few thread’s sending my daughter down the road putting her and others as risk also disappointed in the service manager and how he talked to me I also sent a email to the GM about my experience and he failed to respond we will not be back
