Helen is so sweet and never fails to gives us photos and videos of my cat whenever we are on holiday! The cages are large, the farm animals are entertaining for the kitties, and overall The Castle Cat Resort is a perfect place to send your kitten!
I had such a wonderful experience with Helen 🥰. It was my first time away from my cats for 3 weeks, and Helen eased my anxiety by taking care of my babies with so much attention and love. Even my babies didn't want to leave, and I could see why. The executive suite was big enough for my 2 fur-babies for a long period of time with plenty of fresh air. Lovely spaces for cats. Clean, cosy and happy animals. Helen goes above and beyond to ease pet parents anxiety about leaving them in care. Very much appreciated.
It's always fantastic. Would recommend. They are well priced, they have great facilities, and lovely owners as well as workers. The cats are always well looked after. Use their services at least once a year, if not more.
