I was talked into purchasing a nice quality carpet and pad by the Castle salesperson. Told there was a lifetime warranty on the carpet. 2 years later, my carpet is ripping at the seams, with actual pieces of carpet lifted up showing through to pad. I've spent the last 2 months trying to get in touch with Castle One installers. They came out once to repair. They just glued down threadbare carpet, so now the plastic backing shows.
