We hired Castle Carpet One - Parksville Store to refinish our engineered hardwood floors in our kitchen/living room area, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The job was originally estimated to take 3-4 days, but instead dragged on for almost 2 months. Communication throughout the process was poor, and we were left without clear updates or accountability.
