Recently we had carpets and lino installed by Castle Carpet in 3 separate rooms and the kitchen. Soon thereafter, we encountered an issue with the hall and family room carpet. We contacted them and the owners reached out and dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate recommending them. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to be able to review......not what I would prefer to give. In April, 2025, we had carpet in 2 bedrooms, family room, hallways & kitchen flooring installed by Castle Floors Carpet One, which was very expensive. We were told that it was good quality, stainguarded and had a good warranty. After installation, we had 3 callbacks with ripples due to poor installation and terrible seams. Castle Carpet has exceeded my expectations in all areas, from first contact, to the speedy order arrival, to the custom binding that I didn’t even know was a possibility. I had an idea in my mind of how I could like my cozy beanbag corner to look which included a corner carpet but I couldn’t find one anywhere, but Landon brought that idea to life….
