Yesterday, I got a Kelley Blue Book estimate on the value of my car. I spoke to Tyler yesterday and I met with Isaac today. Both gentleman were a pleasure to work with. Today, I met with Isaac, my car was inspected and Isaac told me they agreed to the price. I signed the paperwork and they drove me home. The process was quick and seamless. Based on my experience, I highly recommend selling your car to Castle as long as you honestly depict the condition of your car when KBB provides you with an estimate.

A week ago they valued my car at 7k a week later at 4k. Never do business with them. Most dishonest and disengenous people. Edit: when the car was valued higher, it was the same manager who appraised the car. Additionally there was no mention of kbb when it was done.
