I bought my wedding dress from Timeless Outlet in August 2025 and had a really great experience. During my 1 hour appointment I tried 6 dresses on and found 3 I absolutely loved! The lady in the shop was really helpful and gave honest advice to help me to decide between them, and I came home with my perfect dress. Thank you so much!
I had a great experience buying my dress here in the sale before Christmas for an incredible price. They were then fantastic, storing my dress and making the alterations that were needed for a very reasonable cost. It was the perfect length and bustled beautifully. Thank you so much
Very helpful, good selection of dresses
I had an incredible experience at Timeless Outlet. They made me feel so comfortable when I came to try on dresses alone (bridesmaids and family live overseas), I found my perfect dress and the process from there was so smooth! Buying the dress, having a fitting and finally picking up the dress were all lovely experiences in the capable hands of Timeless Outlet. I can't recommend them enough!
I went to Castle Bridal over 2 years ago just to get the feels and see what I liked. The 2 ladies there were fabulous from that day. I ended up picking my dress that very day. Just over a year later I went back to try it all on again, no issues they were so excited to see me again! 2 months later I found out I was pregnant, I messaged the shop before I even told my mum and they asked me to come back in and see what can be done.
