Beach is too big but not owners fault as mother nature continues to deposit sand and enlarge beach. Not sure about other units but 404 is outdated, no ceiling fans, no dishwasher, no tv's in bedrooms, no beach towels, small tv in living room, shower door full of mold, had to wash utensils and glasses before using because they were dirty, floor apparently wasn't mopped as feet were black on the bottom after walking across it a couple of times. Definitely won't be back.
If you dont like 2nd hand smoke, you must move out far on the beach. Lots of smokers and cigars butts in the beach area from the smokers. For me, and my family.. not something I want to be subjected to
